Made both plugin marketplaces (Claude + Cursor) publish-ready and consistent.
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json: added a top-level description, dropped the redundant skills: "./" on every entry.plugin.jsonfiles and moved shared metadata into a new vendor-neutralplugin-metadata.json..cursor-plugin/marketplace.jsonis now auto-generated from the Claude catalog so they can't drift.
